Review | iOS 11.4 (Beta 1) - Apple

Welcome guys I’m here with a new post this the first time I have written an article on iOS. Apple is releasing another version of iOS and its 11.4 version of IPhone OS.  This is happening second time that apple is using the point four after 4 year, back in 2014 the 8th version of iOS have gone to point four. And now apple is extending the 11 version to point four, now a question raises here that where is the 11.3 version is? So, let me tell you guys that 11.3 is just for IPad 6, its first time and a bit strange that Apple released that version only for IPad 6.

Now coming back to the topic, I don’t know yet the release date but apple has officially announced that they are going to release the 11.4. They confirmed that the features of it is in developing portal and soon they will release them official but we have some rumors and today I am going to talk about it.

Before I start there is more thing that apple also limit itself to max update to point five so we can expect that this is the last update of version 11 before the announcement of iOS 12.

Apple haven’t announced the confirmed release date but we’re expecting it after WWDC (Apple World Wide Developer Conference) which is held on 4th of June in California.

If we talk about the rumors which are revolving around us that what will be the new features in the latest update, there are some thing that apple should introduce them like iMassaging and AirPlay 2 is also expected in it. The beta version is released and being tested by many experts.

ClassKit

On the Apple March Education Event apple confirmed and announced the ClassKit on the Developer Portal and also confirmed that they are going to put this feature in 11.4 update of iOS.  Here is what ClassKit will do.

The ClassKit Framework is coming in iOS 11.4, works great with the new powerful iPad app called schoolwork that help students and teachers with this they can keep track of assignment and progress. With ClassKit, you can help teachers easily discover specific learning activities in your app, take students directly to the right activity with a single tap, and securely and privately share progress data to help teachers personalize instruction.

iMassaging - Massages on iCloud

The Feature iMassaging is also called Massages on iCloud, everyone was expecting it to come in 11.3 update but it didn’t, but now Apple will introduce it in iOS 11.4.

iMessages will be very useful for users, with this feature people can easily save their chats, conversation and attachment on iCloud and they can use or transfer them to any device newer or older. Other than chats, conversation and attachment you can also save your files preserved. Many other massaging services support this feature already but Apple want to assure a proper privacy to their users

Now if we look on the features which I have mentioned above can be the reason why the company is taking time for releasing the update.

Air Play 2

After a brief appearance in iOS 11.3, AirPlay 2 was removed prior to the final release. We'll be looking for that to return in iOS 11.4, along with the ability to use two HomePod speakers in a stereo configuration. At least some AirPlay 2 features appear to be back in testing in iOS 11.4 beta 1. Apple

TV devices are listed in the Home app, for example.

Early testers also report that stereo support for two HomePods is included on the iPhone/iPad side, but it won't actually work yet until HomePod gets new beta software.

Now guys let's see how will this version works and what apple is going to do with next Update iOS 12. I will keep posting so Subscribe to my Blog and keep yourself updated.

I will come back with a new post with a new topic till then stay tuned.
