Control your Phone without Touching it!

LG is fighting for its life. The company’s mobile division continues to bleed cash. So much so, in fact, that LG Electronics folded its mobile business into its general consumer electronics business to mask mobile’s (poor) performance. With its phones struggling, each and every device from LG needs to have an impact.

The G8 ThinQ is LG’s smaller flagship for 2019. It competes directly with the Samsung Galaxy S10, Apple iPhone XS, Google Pixel 3, and Huawei P30 Pro. While it checks off most of the boxes in terms of specs and features, it doesn’t necessarily deliver on the emotional component that often drives purchases. This inability to elicit desire is what hurts LG most.

5 Lenses Camera Phone | LG V40 ThinQ! | Review & Specs |

LG phones often play second or third fiddle to the iPhone and Galaxy brands, but with the LG V40 ThinQ, the Korean tech company is making waves as the first mainstream phone to have five (yes, five) camera lenses dedicated to taking better, more creative photos than the iPhone XS Max or Galaxy Note 9 -- three on the V40's rear, two on the front.

One of The Best Gaming Flagships | RAZER 2 Review and Specs!

Gaming phones like the new Razer Phone 2 seem to fascinate the companies that make them more than the general public. Razer really wants “gaming phones” to happen. But if you’re not sure what that means, the only way for them to convince you is to make gaming phones.

So Razer is at it again with the second iteration of its phone that’s dedicated to the idea that people want the smartphone equivalent of a high-end PC with gaming specs. Razer’s hope is that if you’re deeply involved in mobile gaming, want to stream gameplay, or think you can gain an edge in your next match from gaming-oriented hardware, investing in a phone specifically tailored for what you’re into might make sense.

However, mobile gaming doesn’t have the same lofty requirements as PC gaming. You don’t need a massive desktop or a 2,000$ Laptop to play mobile games at their best settings; any other flagship smartphone will do. What Razer wants you to believe is that the Phone 2 is a great phone and the best gaming phone. But only one of those things is true.

Advantages in this flagship are Smoothest display on any current Android phone, Best speakers on any current Android phone and A light-up Chroma logo. Where disadvantages are Cameras are (still) a miss, brick design is unwieldy and gets warm playing videos / games. Since the original Razer Phone launched last year, the

Razer Phone 2 has gone through a long list of improvements, but it kept its boxy design. Razer didn’t change the bezels in this year’s model. They’re everywhere! For a device with such thick top and bottom sections dedicated to the speakers, I would have hoped there would be smaller bezels framing the screen.

ANDROID P 9.0 is COMING OUT!!

Google recently released the first Android P Developer Preview. While it’s an evolutionary step up from Android Oreo, there are a few features that make it stand out.

Although only 1.1 percent of all Android devices are currently running on Oreo, it seems like Google is ready to shift its focus to the next iteration of the OS already: Android P. Google recently released the first developer preview, and whatever it ends up being called, Android P is likely to be released to the public this fall. From now until then, the search giant will undoubtedly bring new features and axe some, but here are some of the top features from the first developer preview

Ah yes, the dreaded notch. The Essential Phone was one of the first sport “the notch,” and the iPhone X essentially made it into a design trend (for better or worse; I opine the latter). Following its launch, we’ve seen a flood of Android phones sporting this bizarre design, including the recently-announced ZenFone 5 and the rumored LG G7. Whether you like it or not, it seems like the notch is here to stay.
